Description The Ngaady, a Kuba ideal of beauty in a woman represents the daughter of the great God Woot, from whom all Kuba royalty trace their lineage. It is used in royal ceremonies only According to the legend Bwoom was sent to earth by his father the great God Woot, to establish the Kuba kingdom. His sister Ngaady Mwaash and his brother Mwaash Mbooy with whom he eventually struggled for power accompanied him. Bwoom also symbolically speaks for the common man.
