The Sembach Galleries are located in St Francis Bay and Hout Bay South Africa. Normal hours of business 10 00 hrs to 16 00hrs Tuesday to Sunday. (Closed Mondays)
THE MOST EFFICIENT WAY TO ORDER: is by email at sembachart@telkomsa.net since email is checked twice a day.

N.B. If e-mailing include a subject (such as the object that interests you on the Subject Line). Due to prevalence of viruses and spam, messages with no subject may get thrown away unread.
PAYMENT: We accept most credit cards as well as checks and bank transfers.
PACKING AND SHIPPING: charges (includes insurance) will be added onto the price, we can provide a pretty accurate estimate of the charges. For large or fragile items we use professional packaging services. What they charge us is what we charge you.
Domestic shipping is by courier service.
International shipments go via Air Parcel Post, Air Freight or International Courier. We will provide paperwork for Customs that accompanies each package.
Please do not ask us to falsify either the contents or the value of the shipments.
RETURNS: Items purchased are fully refundable (except for shipping) if returned within one week of receipt.
We are unable to keep an item without a 50% deposit. We will hold up to 4 months depending on the item. Should you decide to cancel the purchase, your money will be refunded less a $30 fee.
